Cancelling and rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Use the link in your confirmation email or SMS, or call us on 070-944 12 84.

Late cancellation

Cancellations later than 24 hours before the appointment are charged 50% of the treatment price, as we rarely have a chance to offer the time to someone else.

No-show

If you do not turn up and have not cancelled, the full treatment price is charged. The fee is invoiced by email and payable within 10 days.

Arriving late

If you arrive late the treatment is shortened accordingly so the next client is not affected. The full price applies.

Illness

If you are ill, please stay home and let us know as early as you can. For sudden illness we assess any fee with understanding, just get in touch.

Payment

You pay at the salon by Swish, Epassi or cash (there is no card terminal), or by card online in advance when offered at booking. Massage can be paid with the Swedish wellness benefit, see the wellness page.

Confirmation and reminder

You receive a confirmation by email and SMS as soon as you book, and a reminder the day before. Your details are only used to handle the booking, see our privacy policy.
